Walterboro Waffle House shooter convicted of murder

WALTERBORO, S.C. (April 24, 2025) – A 21-year-old Walterboro woman accused of shooting a friend’s boyfriend while inside a local Waffle House restaurant has been convicted of murder following a three-day jury trial.

Jordin Quoleaha Glover of Francis Street was found guilty Thursday in Colleton County General Sessions Court of shooting and killing Lamontre Green on Feb. 18, 2023. She was given a 30-year sentence.

Green entered the Waffle House on Bells Highway in Walterboro and approached a table where his girlfriend, Glover, and others were seated. After a short conversation, Green turned to walk away and was shot at least six times. Officers arrived to find Green dying on the floor of the restaurant.

Circuit Court Judge Marvin Dukes, III, handed down the sentence.

Charles Maurice Harrison Breland, 20, of Ann Court is also accused to shooting Green during the same incident at Waffle House. Murder charges against Breeland are still pending. He is innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.
